Whom can I address with complaints?

nourish connects those offering wellbeing experiences with those seeking those said experiences. We only mediate the booking but in the end, you book with a specific host. Therefore, please notify your host first in case of a complaint, and try to settle the issue with them. In case you can’t find a solution, please send us the details about the issue through our Contact page. We’ll then get back to you asap, and see if we can help to get things settled.
