Week One
Introduction to the course
Introduction to yoga, breath-work and meditation
1 hour of yoga practice
Week Two
Development of yoga, meditation and breathing practice and an introduction to alignment principles
1.5 hours of yoga practice
Week Three
Introducing the art of balancing (or falling over) and our superflow practice
2 hours of yoga practice
Week Four
Introducing restorative yoga, yoga props and philosophy basics 2 hours of yoga practice
