I grew up in Switzerland, close to Zurich, and worked in several international companies. Surfing brought me to Morocco and making my heart ache each time I had to leave the country again. So I decided to pack my car and drive down to Morocco to live in this vast country for a while and discover the "real" Morocco and mingle in with the locals. I planned to stay for some month and then kept extending and eventually applied for residency. Two years after having moved to Morocco I met Fayçal and we started the surf school "Dancing the Waves". After some years we moved to remote beautiful Tafedna, close to Essaouira, to get away from the busy surf spots and share this unique place with surf, kitesurf and retreat guests from all over the world.
