A former Clinical Nurse Specialist in the British NHS, I re-trained as a Yoga Teacher and Breath Coach. After seeing and experiencing the effects of stress first-hand in the hospitals, I personally have used these techniques with great effects. I am guided by the science of the breath, neuroscience, biochemistry, physiology and clinical hypnotherapy. I am passionate about empowering people by giving them the tools to manage their own stress.
I'm a practising Buddhist and also have a Master's degree in Buddhist Studies. I've had a regular meditation practice for over 10 years, and a regular yoga practice for almost 25yrs.
